Russell has been an instructor with Yoga Sanctuary for over three years. Whether teaching Vinyasa Flow, Basics, or Yin, he brings a unique take – complete with a variety of music favorites – to accompany a weekly theme.

Interests include: Baseball, concerts, movies, and spending time with family & friends.

Favorite Yoga Poses: Bakasana (Crow Pose or “Russell Crow Pose”), Urdhva Dhanurasna (Upward Facing Bow), & Virabhadrasna 2 (Warrior 2).
