I LOVE props; both traditional i.e. chair, blocks, straps, blankets; and unconvetional
props ie.gliders thera-bands and balls etc. This is why I created “Yoga and Beyond”. I find utilizing props adds to body alertness in Yoga postures and functional movement. If we move efficiently, we typically feel better. I have been teaching for 28 years personal training NASM and Yoga teaching- most recent study of SmartFLOW for the past 8 years, and study of Pilates. I find the body fascinating and working privately with clients from ages 86 to 13 years young, I have learned that we each move differently and I love embracing individuality in my classroom. It is my intention to aid people in creating space strength, and pliability in their bodies and tap into what we already know. Let’s Breathe and flow together. See you on the mat!
